Reputable Immigration Law Firm in Westmount seeks motivated candidate to fill a permanent full-time position as a Customer Care Specialist in our Business Immigration Department.
Our firm's clientele consists of career professionals (business professionals, physicians, university professors, etc) who wish to immigrate to and/or work in Canada. We assist our clients in securing approval of their Visa applications, while working in a youthful and dynamic environment. The Business Immigration Department deals exclusively with business professionals.
The duties and responsibilities of this position include:
- Interacting with clients by email and telephone
- Assisting in the preparation, submission and review of the clients' immigration applications
- Corresponding with government offices
- Keeping track of and following up on immigration requests and issues
Required Qualifications and Experience:
o Post-Secondary College Degree in business or MBA are a must. Those who feel that they have the appropriate experience notwithstanding the lack of a business degree may also apply.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Excellent grammar and writing skills
o Ability to multitask a must
o Bilingualism an asset
o Enjoys working in a team environment
o Touch-Typing (50+ wpm)
The ideal candidate is organized, focused, able to research and present detailed and accurate information and can manage their time extremely well. A pleasant telephone and email manner is an absolute must.
